Harpster
Engineering and Surveying, Inc has called
Daytona Beach, Florida its home since 1973.
Fred M. Harpster, P.E./P.L.S. founded the
company after serving as construction supervisor
for Pan Am Airlines, Orange County Engineer, and
Lake County Public Works Director. Fred has
earned a reputation of unparalleled integrity
among his peers. His attention to detail has
allowed Harpster Engineering to thrive for
more than thirty-five years. In keeping with the concept of a
family business, he enlisted the services of his
daughter, Sue Harpster-McCoy. Sue has been
an integral part of some of the largest
development projects in Central Florida. Sue's
name is synonymous with cost effective and
responsible engineering. Her close
relationship with local governing bodies in the area has
allowed her to be aware of the most recent
legislative changes to those municipalities'
Land Development Codes.
As we move into
the twenty-first century, Harpster Engineering
is one of the area leaders in complete
development services. In 1995, HES
relocated our office to a new facility at 159
West Granada Blvd. in Ormond Beach. "Our growth
over the past few years has mandated that we
find a larger location from which to better
serve our clients and ever-growing staff", says
Sue Harpster-McCoy, President of HES. With the
new location, we have positioned
ourselves on the cutting edge of technology.
Our computer aided drafting division is among
the most advanced in the area. Our equipment is
comprised of the fastest machines available.
With a knowledgeable and eager staff, we are
poised to provide our clients with the highest
quality service.

ENGINEERING, SURVEYING AND CONSTRUCTION
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES in the Volusia County
and Central Florida area for thirty-five (35) years.
